Oxyshopping.com only charges the merchant when a visitor clicks the "Buy Now" button and is sent to the merchant site. These click-thrus are referred to as sales leads or referrals and are billed on a cost per click-thru (CPC) rate. This form of advertising is referred to as "pay for performance". This is because merchants are only charged when they receive a qualified customer to their site.
